The website and goods are provided by Cass Art Qatar (CAQ) Commercial Registration No. 57183/19 of IN-Q Enterprises, a subsidiary of Qatar Museums, Commercial Registration No. 57183.
These Terms & Conditions (the “T&Cs”) form a legally binding contract between Merchant (CAQ) and you (Consumer) and govern your visit and use of the website. You are advised to read these T&Cs carefully before buying anything from this website. By purchasing goods from CAQ through this website, you accept these T&Cs.
AVAILABILITY AND ACCESS
CAQ reserves the right to withdraw or amend the services on its website without notice. CAQ will not be liable if the website is not available at any time, for any reason. Some parts of the website are only available to registered users.
From time to time, the website will not be available due to planned updates, maintenance operations or the introduction of new services. CAQ will try to limit such operations to (the hours between 9 PM and 5AM) and issue a prior warning for any planned maintenance (3) days upfront.
In case of urgent maintenance, CAQ will have the right to restrict the availability of the website without warning.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)
CAQ reserves the right to change the T&Cs under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in the T&Cs will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these T&Cs and published on the website. You should check the T&Cs posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version. You are deemed to have read and accepted the modified T&Cs.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND GOODS
This part sets out some terms about the information on the website, descriptions of goods and how you use the website.
By placing your order with CAQ, you are accepting these T&Cs and are also agreeing to the notices and disclaimers.
Except as required by Law to provide correct information, or except in so far you, as a consumer, may reasonably expect to receive correct information about our goods and services, any information, commentary and other materials posted on our website are not intended as accurate, complete and up-to-date advice on which you should rely as a sole source of information, and CAQ disclaims all liability in that respect to the extent permitted by law.
CAQ will try our best efforts to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If CAQ reasonably thinks that such an error has affected your purchase of goods, CAQ will endeavor to let you know.
You should bear in mind that buying over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying in-store. In particular, you acknowledge that:
· The colors which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors including your display settings.
· All sizes and measurements are approximate.
· All goods are subject to availability - CAQ may not be able to supply your order.
· Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only.
· The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa
You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.
PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE
This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from CAQ through the website. You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:
· Add product to your shopping basket.
· Enter login details.
· Enter delivery address details.
· Confirmation of order
Items purchased online can be cancelled by a CAQ registered customer. The order value can either be credited into the customers’ CAQ online account as credit memo for future purchases or a refund can be issued (administration fees will apply for refunds). Customers can only cancel their order if the goods have not yet been Shipped, generally within 1-2 days of placing an order online.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The customer should contact CAQ Customer Support to cancel their order by sending an email to cassartqatar@qm.org.qa as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched and confirm if they want a refund/credit memo. If the order has already been dispatched CAQ will not be able to cancel the order.
All order cancellations must be made in writing to CAQ Customer Support, quoting order reference number, date of purchase and stating the reason for cancellation. If the order has already been processed and dispatched CAQ’s online return procedures must be followed. In the case of a customer requesting a refund, administration fees may apply which can be up to 5% of the order value.
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. On receipt of your order, CAQ will send you an order acknowledgment email to the email address you provide in the order process.
This order acknowledgment email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and does not constitute acceptance by CAQ of any offers to purchase goods.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment will be done in the currency Qatari Riyals (QAR).
CAQ accepts the following payment methods, subject to changes from time to time:
- credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard)
- debit card
The chosen payment method will be indicated by the consumer during the ordering process at the checkout of the virtual shopping basket.
CAQ must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. When you select to pay by credit card, CAQ will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for dispatch.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when CAQ dispatches that product to you and sends you an order dispatch email which includes details of the product. CAQ reserves the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available, CAQ will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are not included in the prices of goods and will be displayed during the ordering process if the customer opts for paid delivery. Any refunds will be in accordance with our Online Refund & Exchange Policy.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Exchange / Faulty Items: Damage or defective goods must be returned within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods may be exchanged for another item (same or higher value) or for a refund.
Customers will be required to fill out a customer refund request online to verify the returns. The personal information provided on a refund sheet is required in order to process the refund and is used for auditing purposes as well as to ensure customer satisfaction.
WARRANTIES
CAQ do not provide any warranties for any products.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF USE
CAQ has the right to determine in our discretion whether there has been a breach of our T&Cs through your use of our website. Where CAQ believes that such a breach has occurred, CAQ may take any action that we believe is appropriate, including an immediate temporary suspension of the use of our website or a permanent termination of such use by disabling your password or otherwise.
FOR DISPUTES AND CLAIM
The Courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, the use of our website, although CAQ retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country that provides a legal ground for jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the State of Qatar.
